Toronto Choral Society Children’s Choir is seeking young singers from our community!

The Toronto Choral Society Children’s Choir will begin rehearsals for our fourth season in September 2015 and is now seeking young singers from your community in grades 3-6.  The choir, which was launched in January 2013, is an exciting choral opportunity for children in east Toronto.
We are a non-auditioned community choir that offers a safe, challenging and fun environment for children to sing, learn about music and contribute to the local community.
An opening campfire event will be held at the fire pit in Withrow Park on Friday evening September 18 to which anyone with an interest in the choir is welcome.
The choir rehearses Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Holy Name School, 690 Carlaw Avenue (at Danforth Avenue). Rehearsals begin September 24 and run through to May 2016. The registration fee is $250 for the full year (September to May). The choir will perform a concert in December 2015 and May 2016, as well as some community events.
